Ardvane Bed & Breakfast is a six-bed historic Victorian villa (circa 1900) situated in the middle of Pitlochry on a very quiet residential street yet only five minutes walk from the bustling centre of town.

Our rooms are equipped with fast free wifi, TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. We also offer our guests complimentary barista quality coffee, tea and cold drinks 24hrs a day in the breakfast lounge.

Ardvane is a perfect base for exploring the local area. There is so much to do. Lots of hiking, hills and pretty glens. Also plenty of mountain biking, river rafting, golf etc. For older members of the group there's lots of cafes…….
